The Ursuline Active Living Cooperative was conceived as a way to retrofit a New Orleans landmark - the former Ursuline Convent - to accomodate a vibrant supportive living environment for a select group of active seniors. Flexible living quarters, public spaces, and support facilities were designed to support 8 adults with varying levels of ability as well as their caregivers.
