In nearly 6 years with Frame Architecture, my role expanded dramatically as our firm grew. For the last two years, I have transitioned towards a business-development role, pursuing new project typologies and building a robust offering of interior design services within the firm.

• Oversees all aspects of interior design projects from initial client meetings to final project completion, ensuring client satisfaction and project profitability.

• Oversee architectural projects from schematic design through construction administration. 

• Collaborate with contractors, project stakeholders, and consulting engineers. 

• Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and procurement to ensure cost-effective and efficient project delivery.

• Successful completetion of dozens of projects, ranging from residential to commercial spaces, with budgets exceeding $80 mil.

• Develop and implement design concepts that align with clients' goals, brand identity, and functional requirements.

• Conduct site visits, space planning, and design presentations to clients, addressing their feedback and ensuring design compliance with building codes and regulations.

• Received various awards for outstanding interior design and architecture projects.

• Assisted in hiring key staff members and shaping project teams to serve a diverse client base.

• Assisted in the development of a commercial project division within a firm whose reach had not yet extended beyond residential and model-home project types. 

• Mentored staff members to foster an understanding of contract-grade FFE specifications, building codes, and accessibility standards. Implemented, standardized and maintained CAD drawing standards for staff use.
